General Accommodation Information
You can book a variety of accommodation when you register online, including University halls of residence and a number of hotels in Leeds city centre.
As in previous years, all accommodation offered by the IMC includes breakfast and unlimited WiFi.
If you need to contact your accommodation directly, you can find information in the IMC Programme Book which will be available on arrival. Alternatively, their contact information can be found here [PDF]. Please note: any amendments to your booking should be sent to imc@leeds.ac.uk.
On-campus accommodation is very limited and we recommend booking as early as possible to reserve a room. We cannot guarantee accommodation. You will be able to view all available accommodation options when you register online.
If you would like to book a room on campus for any nights outside of the dates below, you should arrange this with the accommodation directly. To book any nights in on-campus accommodation after the Congress has finished, from and including Friday 05 July, use the Accommodation page on the Conference and Events section of the University's website.
