IMC 2025: Late Call for Proposals

Each year, the IMC welcomes papers and sessions on all aspects of medieval studies, alongside a special thematic focus. In 2025, this special thematic focus will be 'Worlds of Learning'.

While the initial proposal deadline has now passed, you can still take part in IMC 2025 by submitting a late paper or session.

How to Submit: Late Paper Proposal

The Late Call for Papers will close on Wednesday 04 June 2025, 23:59 BST (GMT+1).

Follow the link below to view the list of sessions which are presently open to late individual paper proposals and to make a submission to the Late Call for Papers.

Late paper proposals are considered on a first come, first served basis and will be passed directly to the relevant session organiser for review.

Proposing a paper is no guarantee of inclusion in the IMC 2025 programme. Late paper proposals are accepted only at the discretion of the session organiser.

How to Submit: Late Session Proposal

The late call for sessions will close on Friday, 18 April 2025 at 23:59 BST (GMT+1).

Late session proposals are considered on a first come, first served basis and will be passed directly to our Programming Committee for review.

Proposing a session is no guarantee of inclusion in the IMC 2025 programme. Late session proposals are accepted only at the discretion of the Programming Committee. There are a limited number of available time slots. Prospective session organisers must ensure that all session participants are available at the specified time slot and are not already giving a paper at IMC 2025.
