Abstract

This session investigates the complex web of associations involving cities in Arthurian romance and real medieval locations. The authors will look at the Lytell Britayne long romance, the romance of Partonope of Blois and Malory, while trying to answer questions related to identity, space, and the articulation of various agendas in the texts under discussion.
