Abstract

The aim of this round table is: (a) to introduce the final volume in the series Laws of Medieval Hungary, co-edited by the Convenor; (b) to receive comment from those involved in the project, represented on the panel; (c) to discuss lessons emerging from its editing, translation and publication; and (d) to look at future plans for publishing the laws of medieval Central and Eastern Europe.

Participants include Zsolt Hunyadi (University of Szeged), Damir Karbić (Croatian Academy of Sciences & Arts, Zagreb), Marija Karbić (Hrvatski Institut za Povijest, Zagreb), Martyn Rady (University College London), and Björn Weiler (Aberystwyth University).
