Abstract

Paper -a:
Coming and settling of Ghuzz Turks to Anatolia occurred after the 11th century. At this period, they took general features of Middle Age’s cities which made up of castle and bazaar and they were renovated. Those cities were constituted in an arbitration area and also they became center of religious and military organization beside their bazaar feature. In this study, it will be mentioned that reconstruction of cities that are center of political and administrative management of Anatolia Seljukian state between the 11th and 13th centuries as synthesis of urbanization experiments of Anatolia before Turks and as settlement heritage of Byzantine in Anatolia before Turks. In the study, we will try to find of replies of the questions like what the elements composing Seljukian City models and how determination of demographic size of cities will be done. Replies of the questions will be obtained through applying to chronics, archeological findings, and architectural residues that are main sources of the period.
