Abstract

This panel examines the construction of the 'other' in the Medieval Slavonic world. The three papers outline wider political identity and the Medieval Slavonic as the 'other'. The second and third papers examine political and social inclusion and exclusion along the lines of ethnic identity and sexual identity, respectively.
