Abstract | While the first session in this strand explored fundamental questions about the practice of history, this and the previous one relate these to the concrete practical challenges posed by networks of correspondents, recipients, and informants. Fashioning a past emerges as both a collaborative enterprise and one that transcends regnal and even institutional boundaries. |
