Abstract

The papers in this session will bring together different perspectives and geo-political contexts of the relevance of medievalism to the expression and formation of ideas of nationalism, national identity as well as far right ideologies. A key aim of the session is that by looking at case studies of Brazil, Wales, and Germany will allow interesting comparative observations to be made.
