Registrations Open Tuesday 1 March for IMC 2022

The International Medieval Congress will take place from 04-07 July 2022 and will feature both in-person and virtual participation options.

Around 90% of participants have indicated that they intend to attend IMC 2022 in person in Leeds, with the remaining participants giving their paper virtually.

The full programme, which features over 2,000 individual participants, will shortly be available as a downloadable PDF document here.  As previously communicated, due to COVID-19 restrictions, as well as the changing ways in which delegates engage with and access the IMC Programme, we will not be printing and distributing the IMC Programme Book in advance of the IMC. Instead, copies will be available for collection by all in-person delegates on arrival in Leeds.

In the meantime, you can also use the searchable online programme to browse academic sessions.

Registration will open from 10.00 GMT UK time on Tuesday 01 March 2022. The registration system will be open 24 hours, seven days a week. Please use this link to begin your registration. In the meantime, why not read the latest IMC newsletter to find out more about the upcoming Congress?

Payment for registering using the online system is by credit/debit card only, and remains the quickest and most secure way to pay for your IMC registration. The secure online booking system accepts Visa and Mastercard. For those delegates unable to pay online, information on alternative payment methods can be found on the Registration pages of our website.

If you are unable to attend the IMC, please let us know as soon as you are able. In the interest of fairness to all delegates it is helpful to have the programme as accurate as possible - and it is vital to know whether or not you are able to attend.

IMC 2022 Key Dates:

  • Friday 06 May 2022: Standard Registration Deadline
  • Wednesday 15 June 2022: Late Registration Deadline - Online Registration Closes
  • Monday 04 - Thursday 07 July 2022: IMC 2022

Finally, don't forget to check out the Call for Papers for IMC 2023 when the Special Thematic Strand will be 'Networks and Entanglements'. Paper and Session submissions for IMC 2023 will open during Summer 2022.
