Cancellations and Withdrawals

If you can no longer attend the IMC, please contact us as soon as possible whether you have already registered or not. This allows us to make adjustments to the programme, and if you have booked accommodation, we may be able to offer your room to another delegate who needs it.

Cancellations received in writing by Monday 13 May 2019 will secure one half of the Registration and Programming Fee, and a full refund for all other items.

Cancellations received Tuesday 14 May – Sunday 9 June will secure a refund of 25% of the total amount paid, excluding the Programming and Registration Fee and any hotel accommodation fees.

Refunds will not be made under any circumstances for cancellations received from Monday 10 June 2019.

This policy will also be printed at the end of your IMC receipt.

When you inform us that you need to cancel, we will confirm by email the amount you are entitled to. We will send you an updated receipt reflecting the changes made.
