Abstract

This round table discussion concludes the set of three preceding/associated sessions entitled 'A Mediterranean Borderland: Rethinking Southern Italy'. In this discussion the organisers/participants will lead discussion with the audience on current critical questions in the study of medieval southern Italy as well as on future research paths. It will conclude with a celebration in honour of Professor Graham Loud's contribution to the field.

Participants include Edoardo D'Angelo (Università degli Studi Suor Orsola Benincasa - Napoli) and Joanna H. Drell (University of Richmond, Virginia).
