Abstract	This session highlights new research published in the journal Medieval People: Social Bonds, Kinship, and Networks, formerly titled Medieval Prosopography. These studies show how new readings of sources and social network analysis can be used to shed light on understudied groups, from patronage networks in early medieval Septimania, to women and children in France and the Low Countries, to unfree families in Byzantium and Jewish families in late medieval Spain.
