Abstract

Knowledge is constantly produced, confirmed, denied, and transformed. Contents, ideas, and concepts are considered knowledge as long as and where they find social acceptance. This session sheds light on the role of the library as a concept, as a metaphor and as a physical place, in these processes of knowledge production and change.
