Abstract | This second session of two exploring debates in medieval French literature considers the way that various kinds of debates or querelles were translated and adapted within and beyond medieval French. Focusing in particular on lesser known works and authors, the session also explores how study of the manuscript contexts of these works help to elicit the kinds of networks of readers and audiences that these texts drew on and created. |
