Abstract

In recent years there has been a tremendous growth in the role of re-enactment, live interpretation and experimentation within an historical context. This forum is intended to bring together those who have been active in these various areas and foster a discussion about the place that each type of activity can play for a deeper understanding of historical research.

Participants include Thom Richardson (The Royal Armouries, Leeds), Robert D. Smith and Guy M. Wilson.
