General Accommodation Information
You can book a variety of accommodation when you register online, including University halls of residence and a number of hotels in Leeds city centre.
Unless stated otherwise, all accommodation offered by the IMC includes breakfast and unlimited WiFi.
If you need to contact your accommodation directly, you can find information in the IMC Programme Book which will be available on arrival. Or alternatively you can view the PDF/large print programme when it is published in January. Please note: any amendments to your booking should be sent to [email protected].
On-campus accommodation is very limited and we recommend booking as early as possible to reserve a room. We cannot guarantee accommodation. You will be able to view all available accommodation options when you register online.
Due to other events across campus this year, university accommodation, with the exception of a small number of rooms in Charles Morris Storm Jameson Court, will be unavailable for bookings for any nights after the Congress has finished, from and including Friday 10 July.
