Tuesday 15 July 2003, 14.15-15.45

Sponsor:Arts and Humanities Data Service, King's College, University of London
Organiser:Alastair Dunning, Arts & Humanities Data Service, King's College London
Abstract

The Arts and Humanities Data Service has been involved in the creation and use of digital resources in the arts and humanities since 1997. It has built up a substantial bank of advice on the digitisation of primary sources, and provides digital collections relevant to many medieval areas of study. The workshop will explore what the AHDS offers to the medieval scholar, both in terms of assistance in creating digital resources and in terms of digital collections that can be used in teaching and research.
