Abstract

Researches on the production of saints' lives are so far organised according to cultural areas and tend to underline specificities of each one. It could be interesting to overstep these frontiers in order to go to the root of resemblances and differences in the process of writing saints' lives. As a first step, scholars specialised on different area will suggest ways toward further comparative studies.
