Abstract

The possibilities that digital mapping and re-creation offer to researchers of medieval and renaissance drama are just now beginning to be explored. This session brings together three papers that consider the ways in which research on late medieval and early modern English drama can be articulated digitally, including the use of Second Life for the creation of virtual performance spaces, and GIS mapping on civic, provincial, and national scales.
