Abstract

Medievalism in general shows that there is a great interest of various groups in modern society in the Middle Ages, in all its forms of daily life and its figures, especially in kings and knights, in queens and young noble women. With regard to the creative variety of medievalism the session wants to point out and discuss how modern media as books, films , pictures of fine art, cultural details of everyday life, IT media, and exhibitions construct medieval rulership for modern audience.
