IMC Registration Opens Monday 11 February
Registration for IMC 2019 is set to open from Monday 11 February for reduced operating hours.
You will be able to book and pay for your Programming and Registration Fee, accommodation, meals, events and excursion tickets through the University of Leeds Online Store. However, due to ongoing issues beyond our control with our payment gateway, the IMC registration pages will be available on reduced operating hours for the foreseeable future.
On Monday 11 February the online store will be open between 09.00-18.00 UK time, and will close overnight. After this date, the online store will be open for registration 08.00-18.00 UK time Monday-Friday only until further notice. Registration will not be available outside of these hours in evenings and at weekends.
We appreciate that delegates in different time zones may find it difficult to register during these hours. If you are struggling to access the online store at these times, please contact us by email as soon as possible to receive a paper registration form. You will not need to pay the non-online registration processing fee.
We hope to be able to increase these hours when our technical issues have been resolved, and we will keep you informed of any changes to the online store opening hours by email and via our website and social media channels.

As in previous years, if you are unable to pay with a credit or debit card through the online store, or your institution will need to pay for your registration by invoice or bank transfer, please download and complete a paper registration form. A processing fee of £25.00 is added to the cost of all registrations submitted using this form.
If you are receiving an IMC Bursary, you can either register as normal through the online store and receive a refund for the amount of your bursary, or contact us by email to request a paper registration form. You will not have to pay the processing fee for using a paper registration form.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from the online store confirming your payment. When we have received and processed your registration, you will then receive an itemised IMC receipt by email – please note that in busy periods, this may take up to 4 weeks.
The prices of the Programming and Registration Fee for IMC 2019 have been confirmed as below:
- Standard Full Four-Day Registration: £228.50
- Student/Retired/Unwaged Registration: £126.50
- Day Passes (Monday – Wednesday): £132.00
- Day Pass (Thursday): £122.00
